Hello from San Diego....

Greetings All.

Stumbled across the forum while doing some research and after lurking for a week or so, decided to step up and become a member. Looks to be a good place to spend some time.

Only had one kilt prior to finding X Marks (a MacGregor red and green courtesy of ScottishKilts.net) but will be receiving a Nightstalker from the crew at Stillwater when they get back from vacation. Cant wait!! And after looking at the other sponsor sites, I can see the number going up from there.

When not working or sleeping, I enjoy skiing in the winter, photography in the summer and building scale models when I can find the time.

Eventually I hope to be able to answer more questions than I ask, but until then I just look forward to being a member of this seemingly exceptional community. Thanks for having me.

I build mostly race related subjects from commercially available kits. Particularly Formula 1, World Rally and MotoGP. Occasionally a hot rod or street car for variety and creativity.

That would have been amazing. I have the utmost respect for artists that can create something amazing out of nothing more than an idea or vision, no matter the medium.
