So this is jonesinng.
Hands shaking, nervous twitches, keep looking for the mailman when he isn't due yet. Well, its not over caffeination or hang over, its just kilt jonesing. I've got on order:
An American Heritage Casual from USA Kilts,
A navy blue with red pleat insert kilt from Celtic Warrior,
A khaki casual kilt from Flamingo Kilts,
Snake garters from Celtic Warrior, and
a custom leather job from Oconee Leather Works

I can make it.

Jonesing Anonymous?
Man Geoff, you, like Miniver Cheevy have reasons!
My eldest Grandson appeared Christmas day with a kilt length of 16oz tartan (my ancient sett), for me, and I am already into the state of Jonesing! I have to save up enough to send it to Barb to make a kilt. Maybe we need a Jonsesing "AA"?

There is no known cure for kilt jonesing. After all your orders are delivered, you may also start to suffer from "kilt jonesing withdrawal" - a state of sadness caused by the realization that the jonesing period is over. Kilt jonesing withdrawal can be avoided by placing another order for kilts and/or accessories before your previous order is received.

Yeah, and the similar jonesing on the jonseing. I want to order, but SWK is closed. The urge, do I order now, or wait and see if anything else neat pops up when the store reopens. Do I order a wool, or a standard and a thrifty. Or something else that isn't even up there yet. What if I order now, and there is a surprise I miss out on because of it.... arrggggg...

Once I get these kilts, I am going to have to wait for a while on any more kilts. The incredible shinking waist project is underway, and I don't want to end up with kilts I need braces with to keep up. I'll have to make do with accessories. I have promised myself a tank when I reach my goal weight. Meanwhile I can dither over what the details of said tank will be. Leatherneck tartan is a given, however.

Now that's a diet plan I might be able to keep! I only want to loose 25lbs, but just can't seem to do it. I always fall victim to depression and eat or the dreaded cheesecake fairy that keeps dropping them off at work <sigh>

Man, again... I feel your pain. I realized I was getting bad when I tipped 420 two years ago. I now am down to 290, my legs and arms are cut and solid, but I can't seem to get rid of my gut!! I do 100 pushups a night, 150 situps, I hike, and am involved in two different styles of martial arts. I'm actually in really good shape! It's maddening! Ah well.
OK- done hijacking.
