Going to Celtic Women: Kilted or no?

Going to Celtic Women concert on 3/30/09 with date.
Question: should I go kilted or nice suit?
Don't want to be "showy", but like to dress for the occasion.
    Any advice
    ?

If you have a nice looking kilt, why not?

Considering most people will probably be in jeans, how could a kilt not dress things up? It certainly sounds like an event begging for a kilt.

I'm with the Monkey on this one!

I've have only seen one performance on DVD and listened to a couple of CDs but I would absolutely wear highland attire to their concert.

If I were going with a date I wanted to impress I would wear a dressy outfit and NOT ogle the performers.

The phrase "the violin player is almost as pretty as you" would be appropriate.

    Cheers

Jamie did NOT just call the fiddler a "violin player," did he?

My wife and I enjoy their music. If they ever come to a venue close to us we'll have tickets and I'll go kilted.

To be fair, IIRC she plays both.
