    Tartan Day 2009, Lakeland, Fl City Hall

    Wow, what an honor it was today. My group "Jacobites" with the "New World Celts" and the "Four Lakes Color Guard" joined forces for today's events downtown. The NWC allowed me to speak this year before the "City Commission" on "Tartan Day." Yes, I got long winded.. he he he!
