    Stillwater kilts

    Hello lads,

Are those kilts that Stillwater kilts offer made to measure, from actual wool ??

    They are only $122?

Is this something of quality or are the pleats spoiled after a week of wearing?

Never done business with em so I don't know =/

    Thanks

    Daniel

p.s. are they made to measure?

They are 16 oz. 100% merino wool (per an e-mail from Jerry) but they are not made to measure. None the less they have a fine kilt.

Anyone knows if they got 'em in 26 or 27 inch lengths then?

I don't know about their kilts, but they've been very good about answering emails.

Their kilt length is 24 inches so I imagine that if you wear it a little low, it will work just fine. I have two SWK's and I love them.

The 2 or 3 inches makes a lot of difference, really. on a tall person it looks odd when his kilt is too short (and I don't feel comfortable !)

While of very good quality tailoring for the price, they are ready-to-wear garments, made with a standard length. They can be adjusted-within reason, I imagine-for an additional fee.

As noted above, just email Jerry for the particulars.
