What's The Largest Gathering Of People You've Worn Your Kilt To?
For me, would be the Gathering of Nations Pow-Wow's in Albuquerque. Imagine many have been kilted to sporting events...
Where have you kilted amidst a huge assembly of humans?

It is in truth not for glory, nor riches, nor honours that we are fighting, but for freedom -- for that alone, which no honest man gives up but with life itself.

Well the Texas Ren Fest has 25 to 30 thousand people at it per day on good days. Although the kilt does not really 'stick out' at TRF!
I've been to 3 or 4 political events lately that had a couple hundred to as many as 6000 folks, and only saw another kilt one time. My American Heritage kilt and I are generally well recieved at these events.
I was "that Kilt guy" on a cruise ship with about 2500 people. And I've been to various concert venues around here, 500 to 15,000 folks depending on the hall.

In a democracy it's your vote that counts; in feudalism, it's your Count that votes.

Might have been the sold-out performance of Spamalot at the Proctor and Gamble hall of the Aronoff Center for the arts, which seats around 2,700 people, but then again, I tend to find myself in crowds often, and it's a good chance that I'll be in a kilt. I sort of lose track of things like that.

Rex.
At any moment you must be prepared to give up who you are today for who you could become tomorrow.

I missed spamalot? son of a .....
My wife made me wear pants to Mamma Mia at the Aronoff, and even though I have had those pants a mere month now, I can see where they are beginning to wear thin.

At a sold out TFC Game, I'd think, it can seat up to 20,500 people.

The Gathering 2009: Edinburgh Scotland
Like Paul; The Gathering. I read there were 40,000 there on the Saturday and 8,000 in the Parade. Of course most were kilted or with tartan accessories.

I'm one of the 40,000 that mustered with Mael and Paul.
Prior to that, probably the annual Christmas Parade in Alexandria, VA. Not sure how many attend but I'm sure its in the tens of thousands.
