    Braveheart Tartan Kilt?

    Hey Guys,

    I'm trying to see if I can kill two birds with one stone, get a traditional kilt and get my Halloween costume. I was wondering if anyone knows where I could order a kilt in the Braveheart Tartan.

    Thanks!
    Adam

    Hello Adalan,

    Well I believe if you are looking for the same type of tartan that you see on the movie, you can go to The Celtic Croft. Here is the link.

    I hope this helps.

    Slainte!

    Scot web do both the brown an blue braveheart as well as actual Wallace patterns if that's what you were wanting.

    Good luck.

    I got mine from bobolicious on ebay last xmas but have not seen him put that tartan back up posted there since then. I know others have also ordered from him, a couple of which were the same movie tartan, and to the best of my knowledge all have been very satisfied. He has a formal name Bob Something and some folks here know his email address and could hook you up with him. Mine was only around $200 US when the pound was just a bit weaker----I think he is selling his kilts now at around $230 on ebay. Good turnaround time and good workmanship for a machine sewn kilt.

    Bobilishious = Bob Chalmers

    bobilishious@hotmail.com

    Note the spelling...

    His ebay shop (US version) is here but he has nothing on sale at the moment.

    UK version is here

    FYI it's rumored that Bobilishious aka Bob Chalmers is out of the kilt business. Just passing along something posted on another board, that he has taken a new job and is no longer dealing in kilts. Time will tell, I suppose, unless someone here has definitive word.

    I can confirm after speaking with robert this morning that he has moved to a new position and will no longer be trading in kilts. You can private message me for details.
