“Symphonic Metal” reminds me of when Jon Lord wrote the 3 part Concerto For Group and Orchestra and Deep Purple performed it in September 1969 at the Royal Albert Hall, with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Malcolm Arnold.

Man, I'd really love to see this show. Sadly, the closest show is up near DC and that's a good 5 hour drive from here. Not only that, but it's on a Tuesday. I really don't see that happening.
