Semi-Annual Life Update Thread
String is still alive!
I don't remember when the last string lives thread was, but the first part of 2010 was pretty dull anyway. I graduated last December and moved home and worked elder care and retail.
In August I moved to Williamsburg VA (or rather just outside of it) and started my Masters in Archaeology at The College of William and Mary. Yesterday was my last classes for the semester so today I'm in the library knee deep in archaeological reports for a paper due Monday.
Umm, I still knit... Not sure what else to tell you guys other than that I live and breathe and occasionally peek out from the books.

Congratulations on the living and breathing part. Now get back to your studies.

A very fine institution of higher learning. Glad you found your way to Virginia. Might be a bit of hike for you, but you are welcome to march with us in Alexandria Scottish Christmas Walk, tomorrow.

interesting, I'm not sure, would have to depend on my productivity, but if I could get some more details it might be fun.

Good to hear from you String
As a living history buff (i.e. "reenactor") & former member of v.Prueschenk's Feldjäger Corps (amongst others), I'm still quite envious of the location of your school!

I'm guessing that Scottish store is still in Williamsburg (??) if you need to recharge....
If they send you out west to dig up ruins hollar up.
