    Exclamation Been away / MRI Scheduled

    I've recently had a few friends PM me asking about my recent absence from XMarks.
    To let them and everyone else know that for the most part I'm doing well, its just that recently my lower back has been acting up again and it makes many activities (including sitting @ the computer) very painful.

    My doctor has decided that enough is enough (as have I), and has scheduled me for an MRI next Thursday (03/03). Hopefully we can get to the bottom of my lower back issues (which in turn seems to causing nerve damage in the area as well), and I can then receive the treatment that will best resolve this issue.

    Unfortunately, between now & that time (at least), my time on the computer (and by extension XMTS) will be limited.

    I miss you all & I look forward to my recovery and full return to the rabble!

    Cheers,
    :: T ::

    Best of luck with the MRI.
    Do you think you will be able to attend the kilt night in Victoria on Saturday 19th March?

    Hope they are able to find a solution, Terry, and you get well soon.

    Praying for the best!

    My mother suffers from back pain, not specifically lower back I dont believe. She was on vicodin (spelling?) for a long time, but her doctor put her on some sort of nerve medicine that blocks the transfer so she is doing a lot better. She has also been seeing a chiropractor (although, I don't particularly care for that). At any rate, I will pray for a soon solution and recovery. All the best!

    Hope everything goes well, the issue is easily corrected and you have a quick and complete recovery.

    Hey, you could get a smart phone...you can use that to get online laying flat on your back or even hanging upside down. I use mine a lot. Actually, I'm using it right now riding down the road and I'm thankful for the distraction...I'm better off NOT seeing how this guy drives!
