Charlie has arrived.
Hello friends one and all. I'd like to announce the arrival of my son Charlie who made his appearance at 06:34 this morning weighing in at 8lb 10oz (3.94kg). Mother and baby are doing fine, if a little exhausted.
Some pictures for you to have shufftie at.  I'm pretty chuffed it must be said.

I suppose I'll need to make the most of sleepy moments like these.

I disagree! You're both beautiful! In a world where fathers are marginalized at best, and vilified at worst, a proud papa is as beautiful a thing as a new baby. Congrats- fatherhood is a great ride. My daughter is 15 now... It goes so fast... Enjoy the ride! And coincidentally, my daughters nickname is Charly...
