cornerstone kilts??
Hey all! I'm looking for some opinions on the company cornerstone kilts seeing if any one has dealt with them or has a kilt from them and what they think. i have been in email contact with the 'sales team' and they seem to be very helpful, but i'm just looking for some first hand knowledge, maybe some pics?

Well, I can tell you that a few of the tartans shown on their available kilt listing are incorrect.

I do not have first hand knowledge, but they do appear to be Pakistani import kilts. I say this b/c of the price and the description and the tartans offered.

Interesting, are they close? like listed as hunting instead of modern.. or just completely wrong in all maters?

Nor this. Looks like a suit jacket with cummabund.

Their website appears to have originated in East Texas, so that may be their home area. One always admires entrepeneurs, gutsy move. A little more homework might have been helpful. Too many alarm bells for me w/o known track record and better info. 70/30 wool blend? Which is wool? What's the rest? While I have no reason to believe the shipper has no office in London, I have no confidence the kilts originate in the British Isles. As I don't attend the after-game pub crawls and window-smashings, I'd prefer a better-made product, but I'm sure this could work for some, for some purposes.
If you should decide to give it a go, good luck.

Well, their "MacGregor" tartan has the white and black reversed (they show it as a black stripe bordered by white, not the white bordered by black as it should be).
Their "Red Fraser" is just... wrong.

also... "shipped from London" does not mean made in the UK.
Also, wondering why the vest is SO much longer than the jacket body in this pic:
