    It was my thinking that if it was facing away from me, that with the shield and banner my arms could be seen from the front or the sides.

    I have done some in the past but not a whole lot. Wood carving is something I like to take my time doing so I havent been really keen on doing commissions for it. I have been focusing mainly on my leatherworking skills lately. I have been doing a couple of commissioned sporrans and some other projects.

    Yes I did. It took me longer to find the eyes to put in it than to carve it! LOL!
