Thumbs up Glengarry Hats ssurprises me

As a brief recap: on 3/2 I ordered a balmoral from Ian. After trying but unable to get anything on 4/2 I filed a dispute with Paypal. That dispute was settled in 20 minutes by Ian issuing a full refund via Paypal.
This pretty well restored my faith in Ian and Glengarry Hats.

Then on 4/4 I received a notice from Canada Post that an expresspost package had been sent to me from Ian. Today 4/7 I received the package from him and it is the balmoral that I had originally ordered. What can I say,
obviously Ian is a man of integrity and I must apologize for any disparaging words I used. I shall be more than pleased to do business with this man in the future.

A story with a happy ending. That's great! You might consider sending him the money for the balmoral, so Ian can feel as warmhearted about you as you do about him.

I would be interested in your opinion of the differences between the Glengarry and Robert Mackie bonnets, when you've had a chance to get acquainted with them.
I changed my signature. The old one was too ridiculous.

Sailortats might also consider editing his earlier posts on this subject, which could give Ian a bad name...

I am already in the process of doing exactly what the two of you have suggested.

Sailortats has asked this thread to be closed as his complaint has now been satisfactory remedied by Glengarry hats.
