Why Women Are Attracted To Men In Kilts

So, I'm reading Naomi Wolf's new book V*gina: A New Biography and she's talking about what women are attracted to....

Her research says women are attracted to high testosterone, risk-taking, unpredictable men.

I'm guessing our "wildness" while wearing a kilt teases women to release their own wildness...have some fun. Break out of the boredom of everyday life's demands.

It's no accident that kilted men often grace the covers of women's romance novels.

Even when we are approached by married women it is likely because they have become bored by their predictable men and crave adventure and excitement. A kilted man attracts her by offering - in her mind - the potential for some adventure and excitement.

Makes sense to me. Kind of explains why women can be so forward to us sometimes.

And for sure documents the wisdom of single men kilting up.

No, she doesn't talk specifically about kilts in her book. Just sayin' what she says about the type of men women are attracted to seems to fit kilted men and the kilt makes it easy for women to locate us. We stand out as high testosterone and potentially exciting, adventureous, and unpredictable amid the masses of bifurcated males.

A kilted man is a confident man. Confidence is an attractive quality. Speaking for myself only, I, like a magpie, find shiny and/or colourful, patterned objects fascinating.

As for women being forward with a man (kilted or otherwise), I don't agree with that type of behavior. Respectful admiration and perhaps a friendly comment of "Nice kilt" would probably be more welcome.

Agreed here from my male perspective. Living in a college town I find the rather intoxicated question in slurred blurred speech and vision "Hey man is it true you dont wear anything under that" rather annoying. The subtle smile and "Nice Kilt" as a woman walks by or if Im standing in a line waiting for something are much more appreciated.

Naomi is talking about the scientific evidence of what women are programed to be attracted to by Nature. How they behave as individuals is for sure something completely different....vive' la difference!

Are we sure it's not calculating the cost of the kilt, accessories, sporran, hose, and whatever else and thinking 'this man has excessive cash .... I find that attractive" ;-) .... sorry for be perhaps politically incorrect - maybe a new scientific study should be done.
