Contact info for N Batley Ltd, February 2013
I have a two-part question:
1. Does anyone know if Batley Mills does direct, overseas retail (not trade) transactions for small quantities of tartan? (Say 3-4 yards.)
2. If so, does anyone have current contact information (phone and/or e-mail) for them that they'd be willing to share? There are at least two older threads here inquiring about Batley Mills contact info, but they're inconclusive. They have no web site these days (or if they do, they're doing a good job of keeping it hidden from the search engines.) Google searches turn up conflicting contact info, and of the phone numbers I've tried none of them seem viable.
I know that Batley tartan can be purchased through various resellers, but if possible I'd prefer to deal with the mill directly.
Thanks!

Ditto! No google searches yield a website. Only stories about their problems a whole back.

After a bit more investigation you may find that the linked company below is the reincarnation of Batleys. The Company secretary is one Caroline Wellings who was also the company secretary of Batleys. Members of the Wellings family were also the directors of Batleys
Anyways here is a link that might interest you

Excellent, thanks Downunder! I've sent an e-mail inquiry about overseas retail sales.
