Next weekend is the Saltwater Celtic Music Festival on Thomas Point Beach in Brunswick, Maine.

Looks like a great event!! It is about 3+ hours from me... wish it were closer since I have inly one day off next weekend.

Wow! I hadn't heard about this. I will have to give it some consideration. I will be competing at Glasgowlands in Northampton MA on the 20th. I may have to go on the 21st. Arrrggghhh! Too many options.

As long as the weather cooperates (summer has been pretty much of a wash out here so far this year) this is a great event held in a great setting. I can only go on Saturday this year so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the weather gods smile on us!

This Mainer has to be working in Pa. so I will miss it again. But I have heard nothing but good things about it and it is at the beautiful ocean side grounds that Maines Highland games used to be held at.
