Here I am wearing both. A review..they are good everyday kinda kilts. They are lightweight and acrylic so they are easily washable. They do not come hemmed and are a standard length of 24 but they are easily hemmed up. In fact, the Stillwater site says that it is actually advised to hem them a bit as it adds some weight to the bottom of the kilt. They are not a specific size but a range of sizes as they have velcro instead of straps, such as 2X, 3X, etc. So if you gain or lose a few pounds, they are still wearable. They are comfortable in the warm weather that I have here in the Midwest. For the value (36 US dollars per kilt) they are more than worth it and fill a need. The only drawback is the limited availability of tartans. So....here they are.....

They look splendid! My Pop was a Marine (Guadalcanal) and I love the colors of the Buchanan, so I can't pick a favorite.
It's difficult to tell where they hit your knee, but hemming them up sounds like a sensible thing to do, depending on where you like them to fall. I really like your belt with them, and that's a great T-shirt. Thanks for posting the pics.
I changed my signature. The old one was too ridiculous.
