Kilted outing to Hampton Court
What better way to spend a dull, wet, rainy, Friday afternoon but to meet up with some chums and have a lovely cream tea at Hampton Court Palace. the first outing for my new PH IOS. A lovely afternoon in good company.
As is customary a picture to prove it happened.

Four very smart chaps indeed Simon and four PH kilts on display? Yours looks absolutely great, by the way, but you will excuse my preference for Paul's Red Robertson (his Robert Noble military weight tartan, I think. Oh how I wish I'd bid on the recent auction for some of that).

It was a fun afternoon despite the rain.
And well spotted of Steve to pick out the Noble cloth. In fact we realised that we had cloth from four different weavers.

Now there's a fine idea, Simon.
Just give us plenty of notice, some of us will be coming from a long way off!

Great pic and well done to all. Hopefully by the time I become a member, a PHKOC picnic will be a regular summer outing?

That is some sharp Scottish attire, and enough variation to lend individuality to each of you. If push came to shove, I would have to rank you from left to right as 1, 1, 1, 1. Great show!
I changed my signature. The old one was too ridiculous.
