Why would they schedule it on Sunday night. If it was Friday or Saturday, I might have been able to make it, but getting up for work on Monday would be difficult.

Sorry, BD, we'd like to have you join us. It was also on a Sunday last year. Remember this is a pub and Sunday is probably their down night. This is the only Burns Night event that I have been aware of in this city for several years.
