    Yet More Reasons To Wear A Kilt

    I really having been ripping into all sorts of medical texts lately, trying to find out just how much doctors know about the dangers of pants.

    The evidence is damning!

    In boys beginning manhood, wearing pants and restricting the testes can cause testosterone reduction, stunting growth, and all sorts of health problems. Fluctuating testosterone levels can lead to lethargy, drowsiness, problems with obesity, mood swings, etc. Being a teenager is hard enough, sounds like pants just make it worse.

    Men who wear pants have higher rates of testicular cancer, prostate cancer, and other male related cancers. It's because of fluctuating testosterone levels. It's a lot more complicated then that... But I will keep it boiled down and simple.

    Hemorrhoids. Yes folks, there is concrete proof that wearing pants contributes to hemorrhoids. Eeeew...

    Mind you, this is still a study, but, early results are showing that the typical reduced testosterone caused by wearing pants may in fact contribute to hair loss.

    Erectile disfunction can be attributed to testosterone reduction, which is attributed to wearing pants. ED can be attributed to many things though. This is one of the leading factors.

    Reduced testosterone can cause obesity.

    So... With all this, and a whole lot of other stuff as well, why isn't there more of an outcry against trousers?

    Glad you mentioned this, it's of great interest to me. I'm a bit of a health-nut, doing all I can to avoid the health problems that aflict men of my age.

    When asked why I wear a kilt I often give health as a reason.

    So I agree with all you've said, but I really would like to know of any resources you've found so i can back up these claims with available studies/research.

    Hmm.

    To boil it down to the most simple of terms...

    Go to your local library and ask about male health medical studies.

    Try to read studies. Some of them are fairly easy reading. Others, well, others, I have a Ph.D. and I had trouble reading some of them. Was not aware there are words that take up a full page width. Some people need to pull their head out of their arses and remember to keep it simple stupid.

    Some of it on the net as well, but there is something to be said about going for bound text.

    I have a somewhat rare and life altering problem so I have had to get very comfortable in looking through hundreds of thousands of pages of bland boring medical information. I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia.

    I find it helps to be totally wired on java. Coffee, lots of coffee, to keep from snoring off as you thumb through all these books that can use several hundred pages to describe something as simple as a boil.

    Right now I am trying to hunt down source material about a medical study in Hawaii. I have only read the bare bones stuff, I am looking for more. This study was done by a couple of doctors and they did an uncontrolled study, comparing traditional islanders that wore skirt like garmets and the other folks, that wore trousers. The islanders had fewer men's health issues. They did it because of a similar study that took place in Africa. I am still looking for anything remotely related to that study, controlled or not.

    A lot of doctors have been comparing American male health to other countries were men traditionally do not wear pants. Most of these studies are usually dismissed.

    Lots of curious doctors though.

    Well if you had trouble wading through the books with a Ph.D there's little hope for me

    I'll search the net for something concise that fits within my attention span

    Thank you for giving substance to what I feel within my heart as to kilt wearing, and the benefits thereof.

    It only makes sense that when something is cramped into small places something will go wrong, in this case all sorts of male problems.

    I know that I have said this many times before, and will probably continue to in future posts, but I know that since I started kilt wearing full time, my minor problems seemed to have gone away, and the whole anatomy feels so much better, and movement is a lot more free and easy like a breath of fresh air.

    I never knew how serious it could have become until I read your post, again thank you for sharing that with us my friend.

    I started wearing the kilt 'cos I liked it.To find out it has a health bonus too is even more reason to wear it.

    One day I'll go full time My jobb prohibits this

    Since wearing a kilt, I can throw a football like a man, and I bowl better too. It seems like I'm always "acing the guy".

    Trouser tyranny is DEEEEPLY engrained into the male psyche from birth. Supposedly objective scientist are not immune. It's worse than the high carb / low fat diet crap we've been fed for the last 50 years. How do you fight that!

    Forgot to add.

    Males that do wear skirt like garmets have higher testosterone levels. This in it self is a problem.

    Higher agression levels.

    Greater muscle mass. I know, you are thinking, this is a bad thing?

    More hair. Many men in other countries that wear skirted garmets can be compared to say, Chewbacca. Or a Yeti. Satchsquatch. I already have 3 inch long leg hairs. I am a fuzzy fellow. I sure hope I don't get any hairier. I had to give up shaving because I was the only man I know to get 10:00 AM shadow.

    More "Alpha Male like behaviour." They say this like it's a bad thing. What, is there a woman writing this? Do they want a passive lapdog man? Are we to be tame and quiet and nuetered? I am starting to believe so. There was some commentary how men in skirted garmets tend to be savages. And men in pants? Civilized gentlemen? Hrm. Are they trying to hint that binding your testes to the point where it causes a near chemical castration is what men need to do to become civilized? I am reading between the lines here, so pay no heed to this as solid fact... But I am starting to believe that perhaps on some level of thinking there is a grain of truth to this. Repress male testes, repress dominant alpha male urges.

    I read a bit here about confidence and the lack of when going out in public with a kilt... And I now have the solution. Wear your kilt all day, every day, and let the testosterone FLOW. Allow it to build to stable levels in your body and I am almost positive that the confidence issue will rapidly fade. Of course, the side effects mean you might become a super hairy muscular grunting savage.

    And folks wonder why Scotts throw telephone poles for kicks and giggles? Sounds like way to much testosterone in those folks, somebody get some pants on those savages.

    This is sounding better all the time it must be also mentioned that baldness is attributed to higher testosterone levels or was that excess male hormones?

    Don't you just love kilts!!
