Houston Highland Games 2017?

Has anyone heard anything more about a revival of the Houston Highland Games?

I'd gotten an email back in May touting the the return of the games, which were said to be taking place the weekend of Sept. 23 and 24 at the Brazos River Festival Grounds in Sugar Land.

I've not heard anything more about it since, and have seen nothing about it on either the HHGA website or Facebook page.

My emails asking about it have gone unanswered, so I'm guessing it's not happening, but wondered if anyone on the forum knew anything more about it.

Finally got a response from a planner. Seems as if they've decided to postpone 'til 2018.

It'd be nice to see the Houston games return!

Thanks for the heads up. I did not know they had them but plan to attend in 2018!
