    Kilt Hose

I am extreamly sensative to wool. I can wear the softer Moreno(sp?) wool but other wool and wool blend kilt hose drive me insane with itching. Are there kilt hose that look good for formal occations, but are synthetic, and where could one find them on the net.

    Thanks and Slainte

Maybe check www.sportkilt.com too. 80% Acrylic, 10% Nylon, 10% Elastic.

You might want to consider having some hand knitted in a non wool material. There are patterns available on the internet. They tend to have a bit more bulk which I need for my gams.

I sell Rugby socks as kilt hose. Nylon, tough and good fitting.

    socks and soccer

    Hi chaps
I've found soccer socks to be too thin (not chunky enough), the best ones I've found are from 21st century kilts. Very thick, big (even fit my stumps) and wear well, not itchy at all.
The problem is they will be expensive for you £13 plus p+p.
    Hope this helps
    Cheers Rhino

Football/soccer socks are the choosen ones for me. They relatively cheap.

I have never wear them with my Utilikilts. I didn't like the look. But, they look awesome with my Bear Kilt.
