Good point. I'm thinking of some constructed coming out of the Great Depression era. Quite fancy work involved. And, unfortunately, insides are destroyed in some ways in the name of updating, or for newer technology.

Would you happen to have any inside pics -- i.e. hallways, classrooms? Like I said in my initial post, it sounds kinda inane but there are some interesting differences when we really start looking at little things.
