Pilling on apron

The family collection contains many kilts, some now 70 plus years old. Not one of them has any pilling.

My kilts have never had any pilling either, Sandy. I use my fabric shaver on other items, which are not necessarily kilt related, though they can definitely be worn with a kilt. I.e. - wool jumpers, some tweed items, etc.

Sleeves around the forearms and wrists seem to take "the beating" here too. Just shaved one of my cotton/poly western shirt's arms.
