any kilties going to Vegas this weekend?

Scotland Rugby supporters, it's time for USA Sevens in Las Vegas!

My wife and I are going (I for Scotland, she for the All Blacks).

Thursday evening will be a "parade of nations" down Fremont Street. Alcohol will probably be involved. I will be in kilts with pipes in hand ready for anything.

The tournament itself takes place Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

    Here it is!

Any XMarkers going? See ya there! Richard

Sadly no responses here, but my wife and I had a great time. The weather was spectacular.

Here I am with some newfound friends!

    Richard:

Officially jealous! I wanted badly to go, but time and funds ran against me. Too bad about the All Blacks in the Final; I really don't like the chippy nature of Fiji's play. Your first post and the subsequent photo matched well: kilted, supporting Scotland, pipes in hand, alcohol involved. Good show. Weather in upper 70's and sunny. An ale and rugby, what could be better?
