For now, I'm wearing this. I'd like a fore and aft, but I'm concerned that the brim on the sides is rather small.

That's a popular choice for people here at Highland Games, people who want to avoid getting sunburned, that is.

There is a large-ish blue box in OCR's post that that contains the words:-

" Content not viewable in your region". I have never experienced this before. Any thoughts anyone?

IF it helps in any way, I have just spent a bit of time looking back on fairly recent past threads and it seems that this situation only occurs with OCR's pictures in his posts. Interestingly , I think, the blue boxes have only appeared in the last week or two. Any help? Is he "culling" some of his large collection of his interesting and often very pertinent pictures, I wonder?

You need to get a VPN linking to a server in the USA to view these photos. Don’t tell anyone though as they are considered very naughty here🙀.

    Thank you.

I have a feeling that I might regret asking this, but what the dickens is a VPN?

I believe the pictures are blocked by the hosting website to prevent us in the uk seeing them. This means they do not have to comply with our laws which require them to ask for age verification.
I think it is the Imgur website which is doing this. OCR would be able to confirm that.
    Am I being clear here?

A VPN in simple terms in a virtual tunnel through the internet which allows the user to conceal their location. Hence bypassing the restrictions described in the previous paragraphs.

    Hope that helps

Thank you. Not that I really understand the technicalities, or, why "they" had to change a system that had, seemingly, been working perfectly well, as far as I am aware, up to now. Hey-Ho!

A VPN or virtual private network is a service whereby your internet traffic is routed through servers in different locations. Some countries restrict access, usually for political reasons, and a VPN allows users to bypass these restrictions. Also when using the internet away from home via hotel or other routers can be insecure and routing access through a VPN is more secure. Websites such as this don’t like VPNs because they mask the user’s identity so a malicious user might hide behind one. A recent action by the UK government trying to restrict access to pornographic websites has resulted in an uptake of VPNs to circumvent the restriction by linking to overseas servers where no such restrictions exist.
There are lots of free VPNs available with ones such as Proton free to download and use.
