I've never heard of such a thing. Sorry you got a bum deal, Josh. Insist that the seller make it right and complain to eBay if you have to.

Bummer.. IT best bang for the buck that I know of is Buzz Kidder.. For around 50 buck you get one hell of a sporran..

If you can't get your money back, why don't you go to Lowe's or Sear Hardware and buy 2 feet of thin "flat link" chain and replace the chain? It'll only cost you $2 and you'll have it in no time.
