I don't know where in SC you are, but if you're close to Asheville we have a discount shoe warehouse that has evey boot you can imagine for rock bottom prices.

I just went online with Zappos and in the upper right hand corner of their page, you can search by size and style. I ran a quick search for size 16, casual boot and they had about twenty choices including a Doc Marten boot with an eight inch upper. Looked good.
