I've been wearing my X-Kilt all day, and...

Yup, I did a few things to it...this and that, little stuff like sewing down 4 of the inside folds of the pleats, and I finally got it just right and I've been wearing it all day around the house, today. I"ve been putting new hinges on a door, painting it (scary with a new kilt 'round me bum!)...out to get the mail, little bit of time online and so on, etc etc. and you know what?

I did OK with this one. I really did. Yeah, OK, I'm gonna tell everyone to make the under-apron fold significantly deeper than mine is and yes, the waistband on the final set of instructions will be different, but basically, this thing is just all right. It's light, it's breezy it's comfortable and I dig it.

I can wholeheartedly recommend this kilt to folks with the right body type, and I'm really looking forward to getting a digital camera and letting you all see it. This one in twill is a significant improvement over the canvas ones.

I'm gonna break my arm patting myself on the back, here. LOL
