I've never had any problems running whilst kilted. I was out throwing a frisbee after class one day and some of the others were terrible throws, and I spent a lot of time running after the frisbee. No big deal, the material moves around too much (while staying low) for anything to be noticed really.

Oh no! That's the one where the old guy is regimental underneath? An online acquaintance sent that to me once, thinking it was funny... I think it scarred my eyes!

The one thing that no one, anytime or anyplace, cannot do in a kilt is this- be unattractive to the ladies.

Well, it was 8:00 at night and no one was really around....except for the drivers of the cars that were about to run me down....but I FELT rather exposed with my kilt flying up in the air so I didn't know.

If you're running and it flies up, just smile.

I gave a lunch hour rush show for about one hundred people earlier this year when a VERY unexpected and VERY strong gust of wind quite literally had my kilt up to my armpits on the corner of Calvert and Lombard St. in Baltimore, one of the busiest intersections for both foot and car traffic at that time of day.

Not everything that requires a lot of jumping is bad....

I've played basketball and volleyball while kilted..... just don't dive head-first for the ball.

Actually the UK website's photo section has several pics of a guy bee keeping in his UK. A Workman if I recall correctly.

    Best regards,
