Congratulations on arriving safe home and on the new kilts. Looks like you have/may have a few converts within your family, well done.
A young lad that can come out with a thought like a man in a kilt is a man and a half shows his maturity and you have cause to be very proud of him.

I just got back from Afghanistan. Before that I was in Baghdad with the 1st Cav in OIF 2

It's good you completed your duties safely.
I have an older brother by 5 years who I know would look great in a kilt - but he really doesn't want to get involved. He's an extremely 'safe' dresser, choosing to wear nothing that might get noticed. Maybe one day he'll cave in to the Celtic magic. It would be good to have two kilters in the family - as for his two adult 'kids', who knows.
