Thankfully, it hasn't happened to me yet. But, I'll take notes on the good reactions.

Would it be a good thing to stand watch for a lone piper? If he is playing should one of the rabble protect his back?

<< Kentucky that act is considered a Sexual Assault. >>

It is in Tennessee as well and we're allowed to appropriately defend ourselves against it.

It actually hasn't happened yet but I've always hoped that I would have the cool to just say, "Hey...if you get off on looking at a saggy 55 year old @$$, knock yourself out ya sick s.o.b..".

Last St. Patrick's Day I was piping at a bar. Some woman tried to lift my kilt, so the bar owner kicked her out. Sent a good message to the rest of the crowd.

Only happened once. A very intoxicated college guy at Pride in the Pines just reached up under from my 4 o'clock. As soon as I felt his hand on my leg I instinctively spun away like Stan did. Don't recall what I said if anything. He was so drunk he could hardly stand.

Usually get a flirty question from the ladies or they'll tease by asking to feel the fabric and hold the hem and feel the fabric in a most sensual manner.

Course when the lovely lady in the Kilt Inspector t-shirt approached at the games I stopped, stood with my arms spread wide in a welcoming jesture, and smiled. Twice she failed to do her job. Go figure.

I always like it when someone tries it on an off-duty cop. That never ends well for the lifter.

I seem to recall this question generating a LOT of heat a number of months ago. Someone posted about smacking a lady's hand away, and the chivalry police attacked.

Smacking away a person's hand seems reasonable enough, though.
Mind you, how we react to people messing with us will identify us.

What's good for the goose is good for the gander (or in this case the reverese).
