I have the 1973 edition that I acquired from Amazon and I don't remember what I paid but it was dirt cheap. It might have been under a dollar + shipping.

I just bought a copy of this book from abebooks for the sum of $1.00 + $3.94 shipping. It will be here in a few days. It should be a great addition to my steadily growing Scottish reference library.

It's a nice book. I can't remember when I got mine; it is hardcover with a cushioned tartan fabric. What I liked about it was that it had pictures of what were casually dressed (at that time) gentlemen, in addition to more traditional dressing.
