Bowing is a lot of fun with a bunch of friends. It must be even more fun when kilted. "To the make of a piper go seven years of his own learning, and seven generations before. At the end of his seven years one born to it will stand at the start of knowledge, and leaning a fond ear to the drone he may have parley with old folks of old affairs." - Neil Munro

I'll spare you the story, and just say that you'll have to find out for yourself.

Even the most unpunworthy could have a field day with kilted bowling. It's too easy or I'd have chimed in with a few.

Rabble for sure. I still thank God daily for the invention of automatic pin spotters. I've been an underground miner, served in a Marine rifle company, been a police officer during the riots of the late 60s, rolled with fire department crisis teams, worked in State Prisons, and done a lot of "therapeutic take-downs" on locked psychiatric wards and I still say the most dangerous job I've EVER had was being a pinboy in a bowling alley that served beer. I'm like ten years old. There's some monkey perch up (supposedly) out of the way....bowling balls and pins are flying everywhere. That close to the pins its like being next to an explosion when the ball hits....
 Sorry, showing my age.....

A great mix of tartans too.

Visions of a kilt invasion in my little town where we do have a six lane alley in a local bar....

Well, some of us will be up for the highland games in two weeks. Hopefully we don't disrupt the force to much.

No problem with the force field Ayin, Page is still another five hours drive north of Prescott.
Some day folks are gonna figure out where Northern Arizona really is. Even Flagstaff is in central Arizona if you split the state in thirds north and south.

Looking to take a break from the mountain and make a surgical strike on the vendor tents...but not entirely sure yet.

LOL. True. Unfortunately it's hard to get most of the Sonoran Scotsmen to go farther than 10 miles. If we actually get more than 5 up to prescott for the highland games, it'll be like driving to northern Arizona. I personally love getting out of town. We're going to go and check out Tuzigoot National Monument while we're in the area.
