I grow chops sometimes, but never as big as yours were. Mine were always short. But the girls around here prefer the clean-shaven look, so now I'm as smooth as a baby!

We live in a really pognophobic society. Shame really. I'm still not going to shave mine off...

I've worn a mustache for 38 years (with the exception of basic training) and had a beard off and on as the situation warranted. What I have noticed is when I wear a great kilt, people comment that it helps to complete the look. It doesn't seem to make any difference when I wear the tank.

I will grow and wear a beard about once a year...from September to about May. Most always have some sort of moustache....it can range in length from a droopy handlebar to a pencil thin.

Hmm... the military's never let me have a beard so I couldn't attest to it's power. I thought yours was pretty cool looking, though.

Growing a beard could lead to dancing.

Right you are! Two reasons. First I am rather attached to it. Secondly, I have more hair in my beard than there is on my head. . . . . will it transplant?
