**IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM THE VICE PRINCIPAL**
Tonight (19 Sep) is a UFC fight and TK is charging a $10 cover . . . we tried to get them to waive that for us, but they won't budge (I don't think LeRoy is available). They start carding for the fight around 5:30, so if they ask if you want to stay for the fight (which starts at 7) the answer is "no" and we should be fine.
I think we may have to leave by 7 if that's the case, to avoid having to pay. Then again, we may be lucky enough to stay a little longer to enjoy the company!
Cheers and hope to see you there!!

The Mrs and I will not be available to make the trip. It is an hour drive there @ 80 MPH and an hour back for a possible 2 hour meetup. Not financially worth in in my opinion. LeRoy needs to be contacted since we have a standing appointment there for each 3rd Saturady. Maybe we need to go to a more "friendly" place to spend our money??

Can't say that I blame you Lee. Leroy has been out of town all summer, and I don't have his cellphone number. Rest assured that when he gets back, I'm going to have a chat with him.
I honestly didn't realize that the UFC fight was tonight, and I certainly don't blame anyone for not wanting to make the trek.
Will and I will be there about 5pm, so if anyone does plan to come, we'll greet you with open arms.
Cheers and sorry for the inconvenience,

Our kilt night was a bust. It was just Will and me......nobody else showed.
They wound up not charging us the cover for the fight after all. We made it clear that it was our regular third Saturday kilt night, so they let us slide. Could have been Wills smooth talking that did it! He manages to get more hugs from the waitresses than anyone I know!
Mark your calendars for Oct. 17, same place, same time.
Cheers!

Last week while thinking about getting ready for the kilt night a couple volunteers showed up to help me clean up my house and property. I just couldn't say no so didn't get down to Palm Desert. Seems as if most of the rest of you didn't either.
I told most everybody that attended in August that I am having a party October 10, the 2th Saturday. I had planned to pass out the invites at our meeting in Sept. but... so if anyone is interested pm me your address and I'll send you an invitation or call me at: 760 835-9829 cell or at home 760 363-6141. I know it conflicts with the Highland Games in Ventura but hopefully not everyone is going. I have never been kilted at the party and need some support from the Schooligans.
