There is a Piper in Haifa Israel named David Siegel who has an absolute gift for writing great pipe tunes. I've actually never heard him play, but his tunes are absolutely incredible. I recently came across one of his tunes that he wrote after visiting Louisiana and hearing cajun accordion. Its called "Dirty Rice and Haggis". This is a definite show off piece to play at the pubs or party to get 'em "stomping. You can PM if you want the music to this, or you can hear it on youtube.
