Could you clarify something for me please? You ordered something but have not paid for it? Were I the owner of this business, I doubt I would be sending anything to anyone who had not yet paid...

As i said Penny's stated the item would be ready to ship at the end of Oct I have the bill of sale but am unable to pay as they don't have a card payment system on their web page, so after several emails to see if it's ready and how to pay I'm at a standstill. If the stuff's not ready or out of stock Ok but it seams a strange way to go about business not keeping your customers up to date.
