Yep, that answers it. I've been trying to talk myself into a Sportkilt ever since they brought back the Henderson tartan, but I've never seen a Sportkilt in person and was a little afraid that they might look "cheap" or too lightweight. If I'm going to wear my family tartan I don't want to look like I'm wearing a lightweight plaid skirt, you know? But from what you and everyone here seems to be saying, the Sportkilt is a good way to go if you can't afford wool...which I can't. Thanks!
