4 years, 15 kilts, 6 jacket/waistcoat sets, and TNTC (too numerous to count) hose/flashes/belts/buckles/bonnets/kilt pins/cap badges/shoes/sporrans (day/semidress/dress/mask/various colors and furs)/walking sticks/pocket watches/cuff links/ties/inverness cape/travel bags and special hangers, and I still have two lengths of tartan in a drawer waiting to be turned into two more kilts, tartan for a laird's plaid, more non-tartan fabric for another laird's plaid, and am right now contemplating pulling the trigger on another tweed jacket/waistcoat I recently found a good deal on. Some good deals found, some not so good in the end. It never stops, until you decide to stop. Me, I am not quite ready yet. Addiction, maybe. Love, sure. Passion, definitely. Reason, uncertain, but I don't really care to delve too far into that either right now. Too busy collecting the good stuff to waste time worrying about it. And enjoying the ride.
