Also, Four, who ever heard of a "cotton lined kilt"? No one that I am aware of. Mine are wool thfough and through. Smacks of "Oh crap, it disintegrated upon first washing." Lower end kilts made by reputable companies use polyviscose, which is a good "daily wear" cloth. Be very careful, Four. Out.

Um... lots of kilts are lined in cotton, or a cotton blend. (I line the kilts I make with silk). I've never, however, heard of anyone using wool as a lining material for kilts.
