Valentines Day is around the corner.

Take it from the man who has forgotten this event several times. Do you treasure your dignity? Perhaps you would prefer sleeping in your bed rather than on the futon in the family room for a month.

Employ the OHIO principle.

The OHIO principle is something outlined in a book I had, for ADD-afflicted folks. OHIO stands for Only Handle It Once. In other words, don't EVER, EVER pick up a letter, or a bill, or a notice and read it and put it back on your desk thinking "I'll deal with that, later" ONLY HANDLE IT ONCE. Are you listening? It's bloody VALENTINES DAY.

Valentines Day is February 14th. Do not close your browser and think "I'll get the card / flowers / chocolate / hard liquor / diamonds / Ferrari / tartan accessory item /tickets /or escape plan ......."later".....

You're gonna be SORRY.
