First post of 2012 and a Question!
Greetings to the Rabble!
I realize I've never really been that active on here, but I disappeared last December and just recently decided to become active on here again. I haven't been kilted much, I'm ashamed to say. My lone kilt is a Stillwater Economy, and while its a great piece for the money, it leaves me wanting a bit more. I'm still trying to lose a bit of weight, so I'm holding off on buying something new until then, but I have been trying to decide on my next purchase.
I know there's a fair number of members on here from my own State of Florida, as well as other warm climates. What have any of you found to be the best kilt for warm and humid weather? Lightweight wool? Shorter yardage? How does PV wear in July? And lastly, does anyone have experience wearing an Altkilt in Florida?
Thanks to the Rabble in advance. You're a great bunch of gentlemen and ladies!
