In a word, to quote Marcelle Marceau from "Silent Movie", NO.

The only time I have ever seen one I thought was "cute" was on my son when he was just a little over a year old, worn with his infant kilt, at a minor highland games event.

But that is just one man's O. Boxers and briefs, y'know?
