Kilts and the wind
Elva, my youngest son, his daughter and I spent yesterday in Seaside, Ore. Walking on the beach, flying a kite, etc.
I wore my above the knee length black Utilikilt.
The wind was blowing close to what seemed to be typhon speed(well maybe 20 to 25 MPH). So anyway
wearing a short kilt in a high wind leaves a person open to a lot of embarrassment.
