Look closely at the "open" pleat that's right of center (follow the back of the top right waist buckle down to the bottom of the kilt) and you'll see the GREEN in the very deepest part of the pleat. Also, if you look closely at the upper portion, you'll see every other pleat appears 'black' and alternating pleats appear dark blue.
