There was a thread a few days ago discussing an odd jacket listed on eBay by Glasgow vintage seller. The same seller had several kilts and other jackets, including a decent looking velvet Montrose doublet for 50 GBP. I pointed out the Montrose, then made a joking "nothing to see here" comment, figuring some wise bidder would appreciate having fewer people looking.

Well, if that is the case, someone was too clever by half, as nobody bid on it.
