Formal Cut Bear Kilts

I will soon be opening a store in Gastown. (Very tourist oriented.) I found an inexpensive (very small) shop to rent and will be setting up this month and opening October 1st.

My only advise is this:
1). Good heating and air conditioning,
2). Workable restroom,
3). Refrigerator,
4). A comfortable place to pass-out,
5). Caller ID on the phone,
6). Eventually Cable TV IF there is NHL.

1 - The shop has heat and faces North but as I like cooler weather, I doubt I'll need either heat or air conditioning.
2 - Check.
3 - No room for a fridge but there is a corner store.
4 - I never drink and pleat!
5 - Considering that one.
6 - Maybe for the playoffs. Until then, it's radio.
