1 - The shop has heat and faces North but as I like cooler weather, I doubt I'll need either heat or air conditioning.
2 - Check.
3 - No room for a fridge but there is a corner store.
4 - I never drink and pleat!
5 - Considering that one.
6 - Maybe for the playoffs. Until then, it's radio.
