What dram is in your quaich?

Dalwhinnie 15 is smooth as a baby's bottom. Dalmore 12 is robust but not at all harsh. MacAllan 12 is in the same ballpark and very pleasant. Highland Park 12 has a bit more peat without being overbearing.

Dalwhinnie, Dalmore, and MacAllan are all on my 'ToDo' list. The Highland Park 12 is quite lovely, isn't it? My wife and I both like it. For her, it's as peaty as she will go. For me, it's just the beginning (I'm an Islay kinda guy.)
